The line stays.
The format changes.

Pairio is an AI assistant for industrial maintenance teams. On a packaging line, technicians use it to search the documentation for the feeder, the sealing unit or the labeller, to record what they did by voice, photo or video, and to look up what happened the last time that station stopped.

Written for maintenance teams on packaging lines, including mechanics, electricians, line technicians and the people who run the changeovers.

The stop lasts two minutes.
It happens again after lunch.

Documentation exists for every unit on the line. What is usually missing is the connection between that unit’s manual, the format that was running and what a colleague adjusted the last time.

A familiar fault changes with the pack size.

Carton, tray or pack format alters the geometry a station has to handle. The adjustment that solved the problem on one format can be the wrong answer on the next.

Two minutes never feels worth writing up.

The line stops, somebody clears it, the line runs. After the tenth time it is a pattern, and there is nothing recorded to reconstruct it from.

The feeder, the sealer and the labeller each came from somewhere else.

Their manuals sit in different folders and use different words for the same part. The stop is on your line, but the answer is inside one specific document.

“Adjusted” is not an explanation.

Photo eyes, guides and timing get nudged during a run. What was moved, how far and why is exactly what the next shift needs, and exactly what rarely gets written down.

What happens during the run.
What Pairio takes on.

Four situations most packaging line maintenance teams recognise, along with the specific part Pairio plays in each one.

The sealing unit stops, and it is not the unit you know best.

It came from a different builder than the rest of the line, with its own manual and its own wording.

Find the relevant passage.

Ask using the identified unit, its manufacturer and the symptom. Pairio searches the available technical documentation and delivers an answer with the relevant references.

The feeder drops out, but only on one carton format.

Whether it did the same thing at this format last time is a question nobody can answer.

Put earlier cases to work.

Ask what has already been recorded for this station. Pairio uncovers patterns and optimisation potential in your historical maintenance cases.

A sensor is adjusted and the line runs again.

The record says “adjusted”. The position, the reason and the effect stay with whoever did it.

Keep the details of the repair.

Speak the affected position, the checks made and the resulting behaviour, and add a photo. Pairio brings together the issue, the actions taken and the spare parts used in a structured report.

The next shift reads what was moved and why, instead of a status word.

The changeover only runs smoothly when one particular person does it.

Explaining every step takes longer than doing it, so it keeps landing with the same person.

Make the explanation available.

Have the changeover demonstrated once and recorded with smart glasses. Pairio automatically creates work instructions or an interactive training video from it.

How would this fit
your team?

What do you need from us to get started?

Start with one concrete maintenance situation and the technical documentation and repair records available for it. Together, we review the sources, machine context and reporting workflow. Pairio offers integrations with common ERP and document management systems; the connections and scope are agreed for your setup.

Can it help with the short stops that never get written up?

Pairio lets technicians describe an intervention by voice and add photos or video to create a structured report. Capturing the station, format, symptom and adjustment gives later investigations something to work with. Pairio can analyse recorded cases; it cannot reconstruct stops that were never documented.
