You build machines.
These keep you building.

Pairio is an AI assistant for industrial maintenance teams. For the team maintaining your own machining centres, assembly equipment and test stands, it searches the documentation for a specific asset, records what was done by voice, photo or video, and makes it possible to look up how that asset was actually built up over the years.

Written for internal maintenance teams at machinery and equipment manufacturers, including mechanics, electricians and the people responsible for the production assets in your own plant.

The manual is not wrong.
It is just not this machine.

Documentation exists for every asset. What is usually missing is the connection between the original specification, the options and retrofits actually installed, and what a colleague did the last time it stopped.

The manual describes a different build.

Assets arrive with options, and more get added later. The documentation on file often covers a configuration that never existed in this hall.

The change lives in someone’s memory, not in a file.

A drive replaced, a guard modified, a control swapped. Whoever did it knows what that means for the next repair. Nothing on paper does.

Test stands and special equipment stop once a year.

When they do, months have passed since anyone looked at the details — and the colleague who last worked on them may no longer be in the team.

Your own plant is not the customer.

Attention goes where output is at risk. The internal asset gets a fast fix and a short note, which is precisely what makes the next fix slow.

What happens in your own plant.
What Pairio takes on.

Four situations most internal maintenance teams recognise, along with the specific part Pairio plays in each one.

The available manual does not match the asset in front of you.

Which options are actually installed is something you establish by looking, every single time.

Find the relevant passage.

Ask using the asset, the model and the options installed. Pairio searches the available technical documentation and delivers an answer with the relevant references.

The same asset has stopped three times this year.

Whether those stops are related has never been examined, because nobody had time to read back through the records.

Put earlier cases to work.

Ask what has already been recorded for this asset. Pairio uncovers patterns and optimisation potential in your historical maintenance cases.

A replaced component is recorded as “new part fitted”.

The identification, the markings and what was actually ordered are gone by the time somebody needs them again.

Keep the details of the repair.

Speak the component identification and replacement details, and add a photo of the markings. Pairio brings together the issue, the actions taken and the spare parts used in a structured report.

The next person gets a traceable reference instead of a guess.

The colleague who carried out the retrofit is the only one who understands it.

Explaining it properly takes an afternoon, so it gets explained one person at a time.

Make the explanation available.

Have the work on the modified asset demonstrated once and recorded with smart glasses. Pairio automatically creates work instructions or an interactive training video from it.

An explanation of the installed reality that outlasts the person who built it.

How would this fit
your team?

What do you need from us to get started?

Start with one concrete maintenance situation and the technical documentation and repair records available for it. Together, we review the sources, machine context and reporting workflow. Pairio offers integrations with common ERP and document management systems; the connections and scope are agreed for your setup.

We build machines ourselves. Is this about our service organisation?

This page is about the team maintaining production equipment in your own plant: machining centres, assembly equipment and test stands. The focus is on finding the right technical information and preserving the repair and retrofit history of those internal assets. We can discuss other use cases separately.
